Mae4 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the mae4 platform. By registering an account or using any part of the mae4 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mae4 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using the mae4 platform on any device or web browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.
The mae4 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Mae4 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
These Terms apply together with Privacy Policy us, Responsible Gaming Policy and any additional guidelines published within the platform. All such documents are to be read together as a single comprehensive agreement between the user and mae4.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to register one account only on the mae4 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of funds held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address, and any other details requested. Mae4 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request valid identification documents. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until the verification process is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mae4 account password and login credentials. You must not share, transfer, or allow any other party to access your account. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is entirely your responsibility. 3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities
As a user of the mae4 platform, you agree to use the platform in a responsible and lawful manner that complies with all applicable Malaysian laws. You agree not to:
- Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity, including money laundering, identity fraud, or system manipulation.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the mae4 platform's systems, servers, or infrastructure in any way.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform outside of normal usage.
- Sharing your account credentials with others or selling access to your account.
- Depositing funds that are not your own or using another person's credit or debit card without valid authorisation.
- Abusing promotional offers, bonuses, or incentives provided by the platform beyond the limits or conditions specified.
Any violation of the prohibitions above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All transactions on the mae4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform accepts deposits via DuitNow, Boost, and local Malaysian bank transfers. Mae4 does not accept payments in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed on the platform.
The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and the user's account status. Deposits are typically processed within 1 to 60 minutes, depending on the payment method used.
Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 business hours. The bank account name registered for withdrawals must exactly match the name provided when opening your mae4 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Mae4 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are grounds to investigate suspicious activity or to verify the user's identity.
Bonuses and promotions offered by mae4 are subject to additional terms of use specified alongside each offer. Wagering requirements and eligible game restrictions must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The mae4 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Mae4 is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, service disruption, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, including circumstances beyond our control such as server outages, network issues, or third-party system failures.
Mae4's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mae4 platform, including logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, and interface elements, is the property of mae4 or its authorised licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mae4.
Third-Party Links
The mae4 platform may contain links to third-party services for specific purposes. Mae4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of any third-party service is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Mae4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud are not entitled to recover any balance held in those accounts.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the mae4 support team at [email protected]. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user upon identity verification, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.
Changes to Terms
Mae4 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
